May 2024 - Welcome to the Summer 2024 student researchers-- Deenah, Talya and Shaniya! Our summer research will focus on using in vitro bone cells analyses to understand differential Wnt binding in Lrp5 and Lrp6. 

January 2024- Congrats to lab alums Lillie and Madyson on graduate program acceptance letters! Lillie is heading to Iowa, and Madyson is heading to Case Western to pursue their PhDs. 

April 2023 - Anna was selected as the 2023 Carlos F. Barbas III '85 Research Fellowship Award. Anna will use the funding of this award to perform summer research on the role of Wnt3a in bone cells, using Crispr gene editing. Congratulations Anna!

April 2023 - Madyson was selected to present at the Ford Forum on May 2, 2023. Great work Madyson!

April 2023 - Congratulations Anna on becoming a member of the Ford Apprentice Scholars Program!

March 2023 - Congratulations Madeline! Madeline was accepted to a summer research opportunity at OSU to work on HIV. 

March 2023 - Great work presenting research on mesenchymal stem cell differentiation for the Eckerd Student Research Symposium Madyson! Madyson's poster is currently available to view in the James Center.

April 2022 - Congratulations Madyson on becoming a member of the Ford Apprentice Scholars Program!
